Our primary mail server (avon.redithosting.co.uk) has now been restored to service after it suffered a Database connection issue.
The service failed at 1242hrs today (28th April 2015) and was fully restored at 1502hrs (28th April 2015).
We would like to apologise to all users of this service and we are now looking into upgrading this service and will contact customers directly once we have an active plan.
