We are aware of an and have resolved an issue today with one of our eMail Scanner cluster backend servers.
The issue was that after updating the running configuration one of the three backend servers (ms1.redit.co.uk) did not correctly move eMails that had been scanned and marked for delivery into the outgoing mail queue but instead left it in the inbound mail queue.
This has now been resolved and the backlog of eMails (around 900 at this time) are currently being delivered.
We think that this issue has been effecting this server since Tuesday 23rd May 2017 at around 1300hrs.
